The small molecule sandwich antibody panel covers Vitamin D (25-OH VD), Estradiol (E2), and Thyroxine (fT4/T4), delivering high sensitivity and strong clinical correlation against gold-standard mass spectrometry. On the CLIA platform, the assay achieves LoD of 1.0 ng/mL for 25-OH VD, 1.0 pg/mL for E2, and LoB as low as 0.000989 ng/dL for free T4, with 25-OH VD and E2 antibodies showing R² of 0.96 and 0.99 against LC-MS/MS respectively.
The mouse-free IgG blocker series addresses HAMA and RF interference with excellent lot-to-lot consistency and animal-origin-free formulation. The portfolio includes HIER-R-010, HIER-R-066, and HIER-R-061, with lot-to-lot variation controlled within 15% and cross-linked formulations for enhanced blocking performance.
In addition, Fapon will display its recombinant calibrator and control raw material series, covering TORCH, RF, CRP, HIV/HIV-P24, CKMB, HCV, TP, and HBV.
